Pop Chart Lab makes some great beer infographics (and some rather confusing ones), a few of which we’ve brazenly stolen and posted here to share with our readers. This is one is no exception. But at least this time there’s a chance that you’ll actually click over to their site and purchase a print from them.
Why? Because everyone who buys one of their beer-related infographics between now and the end of the year is entered to win every beer you see on the chart above. According to their estimates, that’s $2,000 worth of beer, and there are some pretty sweet ones up there (they even nailed Mad Elf’s style as a Strong Dark Belgian Ale, right along side another favorite of mine, Trappistes Rochefort 8 – what a bunch of nerds!). Check out the chart above to see if some of your favorites are on board, too.
All in all (besides the macro-swill) these are a bunch of safe choices that are good representations of their styles. This chart is pretty nice place for a beer noob to use as a starting off point or for a grizzled veteran to reminisce about simpler times. Nicely done!
If you’re interested, you can order a print of this chart here at Pop Chart Lab’s site. It’s 24″ x 36″ and runs $30. We get nothing from this, it just makes us feel better about “borrowing” their art for our site!

This is great – any possibility prints will be made and sold?
You can order these over at their site. Ht the link above. I’m sure they’ll make as many as they can sell – this is America! 🙂
Thanks Jim–this is a fantastic graphic. I may have to paste a copy in my pick-up so I’ll have it as a handy reference. I definitely want to buy copies of it as Christmas presents for my son-in-law and his dad–good Irishmen both!
These thing can make nice gifts for sure, and the chance of winning a bunch of beer doesn’t make it any harder to order them. Good luck!
I already have a print of beer styles I’m still working on getting framed and convincing my “roommate” we should hang it. I will now have to plot “buy another beer print in order to win a lot of beer plan 2011.” Or something.
I dunno – just the plan name itself sounds complicated!
You’re probably right. Luckily, she does like poster art. Now, how to convince her that the house needs another beer poster…
There’s always the garage (as long as you have a garage)…
I have a garage, but I’m not spending $25-30 for a poster to hang in my garage.
I just bookmarked that site. That place is phenomenal. (and yes, the Movie Monsters chart is what lured me in, beyond the original beer chart)
Honest to God… we have this framed and hanging in our living room. No joke.
I only wish we had waited until now to buy it, just to be entered for the beer!!!
