When I was a kid, I’d “accidentally” break dishes while unloading the dishwasher so I could get out of doing that particular chore. Below is a clipping from a British newspaper that’s been making the rounds, and if true (and I really hope it is), this fella has turned getting out of mundane duties into an art form.

Hey, who is this guy phoning it in on MY website?!

Sounds like everyday antics to me.
These are excellent ideas! It makes me want to go the mall right now and get started!
Maybe now his wife will let him join his friends at the pub while she shops. Fortunately for me, my wife hates to shop so its a non-starter. But I can see where some of these antics could prove useful.
BTW: My kids did the same kind of thing when “weeding” the vegetable garden. They didn’t like veggies anyway, so they figgered it was a twofer. Unfortunately for them, they couldn’t figure a way out of painting the fences. 20 plus years later and I still get grief over that damn fence.
REEEEEAAAL MEN OF GENIIIUUUUUS!
