Special B&WB Offer: Save 50% on Delicious Brubars

If you’re a regular in these parts, you know we don’t shill for the man but we do support the stuff that we love.  I’ve recently added beer-inspired Brubar Energy Bars to the “stuff we love” category after getting a few freebies to try from Christian D’Souza, Mr. Brubar himself.

I reviewed the bars on Friday, and happened to mention that they are a bit “pricey.”  Just like a good craft beer costs more than mass-produced brews, Brubars cost a bit more than the big boys and are absolutely worth it.  But the “pricey” remark must’ve struck a nerve with Christian, because he’s offered up a great deal to get you guys to try his stuff.

Until the end of the May, Christian is offering a BOGO on his Brubars.  Just hit their online shop and enter “beerandwhiskey” at checkout, and you’ll get two boxes of Brubars for the price of one, and shipping is free.  If you’re curious about Brubars, you’re not going to find a tastier deal than this one.

For the record, Christian’s offer came as a surprise and we receive nothing for doing this.  Too bad, because I’m sure we’re missing out on like $2.63 of revenue here!  🙂  Anyway, we’re happy to pass this deal along because Brubars are friggin’ awesome to a grainheads like us.

I’m impressed with these. I ordered some after reading your post on Friday and they were on my doorstep Monday. They taste great and the ingredients are awesome. I don’t recall seeing an energy bar with olive oil before either! Good stuff and thanks for the write up.

Glad you appreciate them like I do, Scott. I hope you got the discount – it’s a good deal!

I did get the discount and that was definately what got me to go for two boxes of something I had no idea I’d like. I usually get Cliff Bars and the Brubars
are great too and a great change up. Can’t believe how quickly they free-shipped it.
They feel like they would be good for outdoors in cold weather too because they have that Cliff bar softness going on. You could bust a tooth on a power bar in winter for example.
Gotta tell my whitewater and snowboarding pals about these. Hope they’re equally hardy in the height of summer too!

I’m a sucker for a good deal, so I ordered them on Monday. They were just delivered. They taste great and I can pronounce all of the ingredients. These will make a great Fabulous Friday hangover remedy! Thanks, Jim.

Glad you like them Joe – a simple treat for sure. One of these a couple of Advil and a gallon of water should do the trick on a Sludgy Saturday!
